I don’t have any complaints. They’ll make the food and it’s ready for pickup at the time I put on the app. Pay online and they’ll have a receipt for you to sign.

Food was decent. But once again they made an error in the order. A few orders ago no egg rolls had to go back to get them. This time kung po shrimp was chicken. Called restaurant said sorry, will have it delivered They called me back driver too busy, we could get it. We are now in the middle of eating dinner with company over. Really poor customer service. They said I would get a free one next time. Well we wanted it last night for a friend visiting. This is not something we order for us. Very frustrating with their errors on online orders. They should of brought the missing item right away.

The food was delicious! I took one star off because it took about an hour to deliver, but the driver was very apologetic and sincere. And the food was worth the wait!

We enjoyed our take-out meal very much, but were disappointed a bit in that the won-ton's were meat instead cheese. In visits to other places at our former residence in PA we loved the cheese won-tons. I placed our order using the website hoping that it would reduce the wait time in the shop, but it didn't. They were very busy. This was our first visit to Hong Kong and likely will not be our last. Better planning on our part will work better for all involved. I would recommend these folks to anyone!!!

I could give this place 5 stars if they could be consistent. I had actually gotten honey chicken a couple times here and it was absolutely fantastic, best in town, but this last time, they gave me old chicken and it was chewy and awful. Chinese restaurants seem to do this sometimes and think we don't know that they are giving us old food. We can tell!! When the dishes are fresh, they are the best Chinese Restaurant in town. My husband often orders the Singapore Chow Mei Fun and they do an excellent job with that.
